I, the End user, hereby declare under the penalty of perjury by law,  that as of the date of this Letter of 
Destruction (LOD), I have taken the necessary measures to delete and destroy the Electronic Software 
given to me for use under the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA). In order to delete and 
destroy the Electronic Software I have taken the following steps:

1.	Relinquished all rights to use and upgrade the software application.
2.	Deleted the decryption key (if applicable) received from iSexGames.com or the Software application developer.
3.	Destroyed any and all electronic copies, including, but not limited to:


• All files on the hard drive
• Floppy
